Discussion: Are you Satisfied ?

As per the PM’s commitment, the amendment bill aims to determine a federal system as the future model of governance, ensure proportional share to Madhesis, Dalits, ethnic groups, women, laborers, peasants, disabled and people from backward classes and regions in all state organs and revise the current electoral constituencies.” Kantipuronline, 2007-03-09.

Are you Satisfied? Are you happy with the Commitment made in Interim Constitution for madhesis? Are you Satified with the implementation of Commitment done in Constitution for madhesis? As a madhesi, what do you think about the recent Interim Ministry Appointment ?

    Hi Madhesi People!!

You all are indian people. Why you need any kind of power in the government of Nepal? To sell Nepal to India?

    Hi Anil Ji,
Nice to hear that Anil Ji, but what i can ask you is: What is the meaning of Khas Community, isn’t it true that you people have migrated from Kashmir in 14’th century, deserted by Afgani Muslims. Now the question is how old is history about the Tirhut (Presently the eatern and mid eastern), you better turn the history of Mithila. and rest terai is gifted by Britain during Sugauli Sandhi, so terai must be free and autonomous since the sandhi is over now. And one more thing thing about you Koirala baje, isn’t it true that 90% of Government sector is occupied by only two casts i.e, You Brahmins and Chettris (Khas).

Khasiya (Bramhin and chettri) Chor Madhes Chod.

    Jai Madhes!!!!!

I have some questions for you Anil Koirala (Nepali Choro)!!!!!

    1. Meaning and origin of Khas (Bramhin, Chetri, Kami, Damai, Sarki)?

    2. History of Tirhut (Eastern and Mid region- Mithila)?

    3. Tribals community of Nepal?

    4. Dominating caste in Nepal based on Cencius data?

    5. What is the need of federal stated based on Language, culture and geography?

So from next better think ten times before writing about Madheshi or Janjati.

    Jai Madhes!!!!!

we are living in Tetai since 70 yrs ago. During the terai movemnt my house was vandalized and shop was looted so called madhesi people. they spread the incident by showing the vidies of Nepalgunj incident and they spread the incident by distributing the CD. They did’t think the negative impact by distributing the CD. Now its my turn. I have also made the CD of the incident when they vandalized pahadis shops and houses. what will happen if i distribute them to all people in Kathmandu and Chure area.
But i did,t do that because i am not like those so called madhis leaders which spread feeling of pahade and madhesis. so even they are in government they are trying to spread the feelings. So stop turtured pahades in tarai region. otherwise ,anything happens

Well, it’s been sometime since this revolt has aroused among we Nepalis. I am frequently listening about madhesis and pahadis, In my opinion one is Nepali not by his birth but by his actions and feelings towards his motherland. So, anybody who wants to create racial disturbances in our nation cannot be a Nepali, so we should be able to distinguish who are our own and who are the opportunists at this period of political transition.

Dear son of tirhut and dear madhesi,
it is no use of bhais k aage been bajana.
it is no use of teaching them history of mithilla.and they do not know how fierce are madhesi who have been tolerating them for centuries. they have no idea what will be consequences of fire inside madhesi heart.
i suggest you to know it your self and circulate them to our madhesi youngsters.
phadis are unfortunate b cause they have been taught ingnore supress and humiliate madhesis. when they will know the reality it will be too late for them because they will b either fled to pahad or u can guess where (the eternal kingdom)

I want to inquire about the “Bloggers” of this site. and what discussion here. Nice outlayy and everything. but before commenting on anything here. I would like to know the stance of the bloggers here, what are they for? what do they seek when it comes to the issues of Madhesi? are an extremist like Jaya Krishna Goit who talk of “work permit” for Nepalis( well, according to him Madhesi ppl are not Nepalis nor Indians but “Terai Basi” only.
or are the bloggers ppl who see the relevance of the issue but not for violence.. What does United We Stand Mean here? United We STand for violence in Terai, killing and attempt of ethnic cleansing of the Pahades or for the change in the attitude towards madhes ( which is a matter of time) and you can’t hurry it??

So where does this blog stand in between the two extreme viewpoints of Madhes movement?
