Dear friends,

Now I am in Nepal & Today I was also involved in Julus (JANAKPUR). Police is again showing their force to the people. Today they have done Laathi charge in the peace-ful andolan. I was also with the people, their andolan was peace fully.

In Anadhun Nepal Police done Laathi charge to the people, injured people they have thorn in the ponds (near Malpoth office), people get very badly hurted. Also they have done Laathi charge in Janaki Mandir also, many people come for Darshan in temple & Pujari also get Laathi from police. Also near Janaki temple area police enter in the very people house, inside house they have done Laathi charge, one pregnant woman taking rest inside room also injured badly by police. Thinking this matter all people of different ages, went to top of the house & thrown stones, etta to police then they run away from their. Also police enter into many person house in murli chowk, janak chowk, miss area then done Laathi charge their. Nearly about more the 50 person are injured today.. Also today they have done Laathi charge in hospital wards also.

Also they have done Laathi charge to most of press reporter, thrown their Camera also. Yesterday they went to Mithanchal FM office & done Laathi charge to all FM units. For that Patrakar is also in andolan.

Voice from police at that time..

“le ta lai Madhesh chahiyo, ……… Marshiya haru”

” hami pahile pani badnaam thiye, ab te lai marera badnaam hunchu……. Marshiya”

Also to one human right leader “Sunil dutt” Nepal police have done laathi Cahrge. When he told that I am from human right, then police replied “…….

Madhesi pani Human Right ma huncha”.

After that police teared the cloth of Human Right’s person, then done Laathi Charge to them, now you are not representative of human rights. They are Badly Injured. After this incidents these people went to CDO but CDO don’t meet them. They are in Andolan Now.

Also as from my guess, from tomorrow andolan will be huge & huge….

This type of incident is shown in every parts of Terai…

I request you all staying out side Nepal; please think in this matter, which is happening in our mother land Madhesh & try to make some pressure to Nepal government to stop this incident.

Police are miss-using their power- innocent Madhesi people are getting injured & KILLED every day by Nepal police, those who are asking for their Rights in Nepal. We again threated as Gulam by Pahari Government.

Thanks and Regards,

Vijay Kumar Sah

Madhesi people are getting injured & KILLED every day by Nepal police, those who are asking for their Rights in Nepal. We again threated as Gulam by Pahari Government……….wat is this ??? yes, it happens bcoz नेताजति kathmandu मा , अनि मर्ने बेला सर्वसाधारण । यस्तै छ , त्यसै राजनिति कल्ले गर्थ्यो र ???

BE AWARE of THis VIJAYA. He is a provocator and an Indian dog.
All his comments are his fantasy. And it is their duty to keep law and order whoever in police service, and we all know that police always use vulgar language to control criminals and AAnndolankari. No ploce is pahade and Madise, police are police.
thats all. And you Vijaya Sah, Nepal Bigarne ra nepali lai vadkaune kam nagar, Madhesi people of nepal know very well people like you -you fox.

  • 6. Dr Ramesh  |  February 20, 2008 at 1:41 pm

We let you Madesi to come to our country to live and what are you doing now? If you have any doubt in this regard, then make an inquery among your elder relatives like- where from your grandfathers and grandmothers (from both sides-(father and mother)came? Then you will realize that what is your origin. If anywhere there is God, then by putting your hands by your heart- ask then who is right?

  • 7. Dr Ramesh  |  February 20, 2008 at 2:03 pm

You, Mr Vijaya , at least understand the meaning of ground Zero. If not refer to Oxford dictionary.

It is the fact that I have always supported the Madheshi Andolan. It is crossing its limits now. Now I have this feeling, somewhere, that the Shah’s are supporting you guys?

Well, you have to understand that one of those POLICE OFFICERS that beat you up, or his family was affected out there in PAHADI nepal because of all the bullshit that you have been into.

And, if you got offended by a police officer, report it to Nepal Police, dont generalize the whole system, because of one individual. Or else, I can start an Andolan here in Pahadi region, cause I get offended when people call me a Pahadi…. I’d rather be known as a NEPALI and you have no right to call me a PAHADI. Coz, I do not like it.

And well, sit, relax, think, talk.

  • 9. Dr Ramesh  |  February 21, 2008 at 1:13 pm

Nothing new. Police in nepal had always used exessive force- eg in last Janaandolan, last years Andolan by Madise, last years andolan by Chure Bhawar(one person was killed then also-and he was pahade ). No use here to show that look how much Pahade are brutal to Madise. This type of reasoning leads one day to fight between us. Are we really ready for this? That is what we really want?

  • 10. Son of of Tirhut  |  February 21, 2008 at 3:13 pm

So what i can see is lots of comments going on against this article.

But i support this article coz police force high level officers are full Khasiya and anti madhesi people who takes command. Every madhesi knows this thing and rest general police in front lines are some how in little number somewhat like tooth of elephant, showing something ,chewing by some internal tooth. Ans so is the reason why excessive force is used to suppress Madhes aandolan. But what what you Khasiya rulers should understand is “more you suppress, blast we will”, then it will be too late to call madhes as the part of Nepal.

And as far as Chure Bhawar is concerned, they are your Daju Bhai so i’m suprised how a person was killed?

Why don’t you rulers declare full PR based CA election?

WE “Madhesi” are bideshi chor isn’t it?

Good Luck you brokers and Khasiya Rulers!!!!!!!!

    Jai Madhes/Tharuhat/Terai!!!!!

Mr. Son of Tirhut, its me , a Son of Nepal. This article is provocative and the writer should be punished.
You even do not follow news, but driven by your own ill sentiments. Police had always used exessive force in Nepal, its not just only against Madise. And why so talented writers not saying anything when so many Pahades are killed by different Madise groups ? They were not even involved in any Andolan, but just living and working peacefully. What I find is that some(many?) of you Madise have inferior complex about your origin and think yourself 2nd class Nepali citizen yourself(I dont think so). About seperate country you want to make– its a very hard job to fight with Gorkha– even British Empire could not do it…. And what you are thinking right now… India (Bihar and UP)will help you…. its an utopia… as India itself is a multy-ethnic country… to put fire in Nepal means for them…. to put fire in their own country…. And dont forget 60000 Gorkha Brigade in Indian Army….. . Ok. Ok. Ok .You made a seperate country… Think what will be its location between Bihar and Nepal without any resource and the least developed in the world and ruled by people like Laloo Yadav. So before doing and saying something, think quitely twice . Nobody in Nepal reject you, and for your well -being only YOU are responsible, not Pahades like for well- being of Pahade only Pahade are responsible, not Madise.

  • 12. Dr Ramesh  |  February 22, 2008 at 1:17 pm

To Son of Tirhut. I’m really surprised by parrotting by you about Proportional system. Your Madise leaders(now agitating groups) do not want any proportional system. Among 6- point demands, 1 point they are stressing is not to make proportional system, but only to give seats to Madise people(even excluding Tharu, Janjati in Terai, Pahade in Terai). So dont say now about proportional system, its just amusing to listen from a Madise such things. As a principle, only in President system , proprortion system is possible for parliament. In a parliament system, there will be always hung parliament,if we follow proportional system and we can imagine that sale -purchage of MP and influence of our Big Brother… So adopting proportional system means for Nepal…. to be always in trouble and we Nepali always the least developed… If you are interested.. study the Italian system…. they have 61 governments in 60 years…. and they are changing their constitution … from proportional to mixed system.

Don’t u know, tharuhat in terai not in madhes…

  • 15. Son of of Tirhut  |  February 23, 2008 at 10:26 am

    To Dr. Ramesh
I welcome your comments. and i know very well that agitation madise leader are divided in to seral groups. I don’t know much about Italian eclectoral system but what i know there division occures among poor and weaker community and never get tired of blaming on each other. And as far as sale and purchase of MPs are concerned, khasiya rulers have ruled us by diving us atleast they have realized thier mistakes they did in past. But what you should know once we have ruled no matter whether is is Kathmandu of Makwanpur or Tansen(Palpa). And you are talking about Tharu Community and some other indigenous communities in terai, it’s because of you people they are Kamaiya. What happened in chitwan, Banke, Bardia, Kailali, Kanchapur and Dang, what is their position. Once they they were Land Lord of their area, but because of this Shah Dynasty Rulers and even after Democracy their land were looted, will you return their land back to them. I know you people are lifting our Tharu brother against us, it’s ruler’s policy till now.

Have you fulfilled the demands of indigenous people of hilly area?????

Don’t make make blunder of thinking that you people have only brain!!!!!!!!!

    Jai Madhes/Tharuhat/Terai !!!!!

  • 16. tharus  |  February 23, 2008 at 2:10 pm

Mr. son of tirhut …even u madhesis have taken tharus as kamaiyas..not only that pahades…so just because of rotten people is it good to blame all.. if so then u have to leave tharuhat…. not all pahades are bad…when terai got flooded last monsoon i was here in ktm and it was the pahades who donated money for relief….and about the belief that tharus are from thar desert, it is baseless and unscientific.. if tharus are from thar desert then how come many of tharus have mongoloid features as that of the pahades… and also we are immune to malaria but not the pahades and masdhesis…to be immune to a disease humans must be living in a region for at least 2-3 thousand years…u madhesis are not immune to malaria so how come u can say that u have been living here for ages…….so therefore tharus are not madhesis …and the word tharu came from theraveda buddhism not thar desert..

  • 17. Not a pahadi  |  February 23, 2008 at 2:57 pm

    Bhai logo,

Ramesh kya pahadi naam hai? Yeh toh typical hindustani naam lagta hai!
Agar is ne is mail ka reply kiya to samajh jana ki yeh bhi ek pacca (topi, kurta or pyazma) pahadi nahi hai. Baki hindi samajhata hai aur pahadi ban ne ka dhong karta hai!
